SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at AHAVERSE Shop. We take pride in our products and want to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.

All sales are final. No refunds, except as per our refund policy.

AHAVERSE Shop will not modify, reroute, or cancel an order once it has been placed.

AHAVERSE Shop may cancel and refund orders due to quality issues, inaccurate customer information, fraud risk analysis, or other reasons at our discretion.

We will notify you if we make any changes to your order status.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 3 working days from the date the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note:
During new product releases, special drops, or sales, order processing may be delayed and may require up to an additional 36 hours of processing time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and safe shipping address when placing your order. Please verify that your address includes any necessary unit, apartment, or suite numbers, as well as a reachable phone number.
We are not able to modify, reroute, or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
We are not responsible for packages once the logistics provider has marked them as delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please ensure that you plan accordingly and choose a secure delivery address.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently offer the following shipping services:

Expedited shipping: estimated 3–10 days to arrive

Standard shipping: estimated 2–3 weeks to arrive
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and will be shown at checkout.
When the package weight exceeds a certain limit, only expedited shipping will be available. Depending on the destination, this limit is 2 kg or 3 kg.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the following destinations:
China Macau, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Russia, Sweden
Weight limitations for certain destinations:

For shipments to Chile, Peru, and Colombia: each package must be under 2 kg.

For shipments to Brazil: each package must be under 3 kg.
If your order exceeds these weight limits, you will need to split it into multiple shipments.
ADDITIONAL FEES (DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS)
Your package may be subject to additional fees such as import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping.
You are solely responsible for any import, customs, or related fees incurred.

The purchase price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered our system, it cannot be canceled or modified.
The standard Refund Policy applies to all orders.
